You may opt in through the GymMaster member portal or by texting your name to our club number to request messages directly.

- Club events and tournaments
- Schedule changes or cancellations
- Member announcements

4. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your phone number and name are not disclosed to outside organizations except as required by law or as necessary to operate our SMS messaging service (e.g., our SMS service provider, Twilio). 5. Opt-Out
You may stop receiving text messages from NWFC at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. After you opt out, we will not send further SMS messages to your number. To re-enroll, follow the opt-in process again or contact us at info@nwfoosball.com.

We retain your phone number and name for as long as you remain opted in to our messaging program. Once you opt out, your number is removed from our active messaging list. We may retain records of past opt-in/opt-out events as required by law.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access or disclosure. However, no electronic transmission or storage system is completely secure.
