1. Program Description
Northwest Foosball Club ("NWFC") operates an SMS text-message notification program to keep members and interested parties informed about club events, tournaments, and announcements. Messages are sent via Twilio.
2. How to Opt In
You may enroll in our SMS program in either of the following ways:
- Through the GymMaster member portal when creating or updating your membership profile.
- By texting your name to our club number to request messages directly.
By opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from NWFC at the mobile number you provide.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on club activity. You may receive multiple messages per week during active event periods, and fewer messages during off-season periods.
4. Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan's SMS and data charges.
5. How to Opt Out
You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from NWFC. After we receive your STOP request, we will send a one-time confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent to your number unless you re-enroll.
6. Help
For help with our SMS program, reply HELP to any message or contact us directly at info@nwfoosball.com.
7. No Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes. Your number is used solely to deliver NWFC club communications.
8. Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. NWFC is not responsible for any charges incurred by you from your mobile carrier in connection with receiving our messages.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Your use of our SMS program is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
